Launched in 2022, The Habitat Suites has quickly become one of the most recognized and preferred 4-star hotels in Guruvayur. The hotel features 54 luxurious suite rooms, 2 auditoriums, multiple restaurants, a spacious lobby, conference rooms, lounges, a swimming pool, and more. It is now considered a benchmark for premium hospitality in the region.

Established in 1987, S&A Builders and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a specialized contracting firm undertaking outsourced residential and commercial construction projects across Kerala.
